How to turn a voice note into a reminder
Hold the mic in Mora and say what you need — "remind me to call the doctor tomorrow at 5" — or forward a voice note from WhatsApp. Mora finds the task and its time and sets the reminder. When it is due you get a notification with Done, In 1 hour and Tomorrow, so you can act on it without opening the app.
Step by step
- Open Mora and hold the mic, or forward a voice note to Mora on WhatsApp.
- Say the task and when: "pay the electricity bill Thursday evening".
- Mora replies with the task and its time. If something is unclear, it asks one short question.
- When it is due, tap Done, In 1 hour or Tomorrow on the notification.
Remind me earlier than the event
Say both: "the meeting is tomorrow at 9, remind me tonight at 7 to prepare". Mora keeps the meeting at 9 and reminds you at 7.
Several reminders in one voice note
Talk the way you think: "buy medicine, call Ahmed at 3, and the gym at 8". Mora turns each one into its own task with its own time.
Voice notes from other people
When your mother sends "don't forget the bill before Thursday", forward it to Mora. The reminder is set from her words, and the task remembers who it came from.
Questions
What if I don't say a time?
Mora asks when, with a few times you can tap. It never makes up a time you didn't say.
Can I change a reminder by voice?
Yes. Say "move it to Saturday" or "make it 6 instead" in the chat and Mora updates the same task.
Will I get the reminder if the app is closed?
Yes. Reminders arrive as phone notifications, like any other app.
